    Ingredients:

    • 2 Lbs. Ground Chuck
    • 2 Lbs. Ground Sausage (Med.)
    • 1 Green, 1 Red  Bell Pepper
    • 3 Italian Long Hot Peppers
    • 1 head fresh Garlic
    • 5 med. sized Onions
    • 2 stalks celery
    • 2 Family sized cans Dark Red Kidney Beans
    • 2 Family sized cans Light Red Kidney Beans
    • 1 Family sized can tomato soup
    • 1 lg. can diced Tomatoes
    • 2 lg. cans sauce
    • 2 cans Guiness Beer
    • 2 Pkgs McCormick Chili seasoning (Med.)
    • Chili Powder
    • Cayenne pepper

    Chop onions, celery, peppers  and garlic.  Saute in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Add seasoning, canned diced tomatoes,  and tomato sauce. Simmer over Low heat.

    In separate pan, brown ground beef and sausage then add basil, parsley and oregano to taste. Add Chili powder to taste. then combine with  sauce mixture.  Deglaze pan with Guiness beer and add to Sauce and Meat mixture. add remaining beer to sauce and meat mixture. Add Kidney beens, bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer.
